The financial scope is estimated to be NOK 3.5 million over a 4-year contract period. Purpose of the procurement
The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for assistance with cleaning and emptying household goods in municipal residences in accordance with the requirements stated in this document. Access to storage premises is also required for household goods and chattels for short periods - maximum 3 months at a time. There can also be simple decorating and garden work, in the form of painting or assembling equipment and furniture, and simple garden work such as planting, weeding, and mowing lawns.

Cleaning and emptying municipal residences must be carried out so that the residence is ready for a new tenancy, as well as to maintain the standard and quality of the property's installations and technical installations, and to keep down running costs.

Scope of the procurement
The scope of the procurement is estimated to be NOK 3.5 million including VAT over the entire contract period. The framework agreement will be for 2 years from when the contract is signed, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year.
A contract will be signed with one tenderer.
The framework agreement includes, but is not limited to the following: Spring cleaning - Emptying household goods - Storage of households goods for short periods - Simple decoration (painting, assembly of simple equipment/furniture) - Simple garden work. The contracting authority will not provide/pay for training beyond an ordinary introduction to the assignment that is to be carried out.

Lot
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment.
Contract period
The contract duration is two years from signing of the contract, with an option to extend for one year + one year. The contract duration can be a total of four years if both of the option periods are triggered.

There will not be a tender conference or site inspection for this procurement.
