The contract period is two years and includes works on county roads in Agder County, in accordance with the attached reports "Overview of asphalt contracts" and "Quantity summary and list of sections" that are in the PMS. The total amount of asphalt work in the contract involves production and laying of 60,684 tonnes of asphalt, 309072 m2 milling work and 5,314 m2 asphalt reinforcement. The work shall be carried out in Gjerstad, Vegårdshei, Åmli, Risør, Tvedestrand, Arendal, Froland, Grimstad, Lillesand and Birkenes municipalities. The notice includes a two year contract for the years 2024 and 2025. The contract will be weighted in accordance with price + CO2.

The average annual turnover in the last three years shall as a minimum correspond to annual turnover for the contract.

The organisational and legal position of the tenderer.: Tenderers shall be a legally established company or consist of a community of suppliers who are legally established companies.
SHA system: Tenderers shall be certified in accordance with NS ISO 45001:2018 Management Systems for working environment - Requirements and guidance on use.
Accident rate (H2-value): The tenderer and its key sub-suppliers shall have an average H2 for the last three years lower than 25.
Environment: Tenderers shall be certified in accordance with NS-EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems - Specification with Guidance, EMAS - EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme, or The Eco-Lighthouse Scheme for relevant industry group. The certified system shall be relevant for equivalent transport projects.

Relevant experience: Tenderers shall have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from equivalent work.
The builder's experiences: Agder county and other builders' experiences with the supplier will be appraised. The tenderer is required to show references to relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner. Conditions that will be assessed are related to i.a.: • documentation of completed quality. • fulfilment of contracts • compliance with provisions and procedures for HSE • compliance with provisions for wages and working conditions. • keeping deadlines • follow-up in the claims period. • the use of apprentices

The contractor shall submit a guarantee statement for correct fulfilment of the contractor's obligations in the claims period at the hand over, cf. NS 8406, point 8 with supplements in chapter C2 point 15.
