This notice applies to stage 1 of the tender contest regarding qualification for participation in the contest. All interested tenderers can submit requests for participation in the tender contest. The contracting authority shall initially evaluate if the applicant is qualified for participation. Applicants who are not registered will be rejected. The contracting authority will then, if deemed necessary, select paricipants.

Tender documentation shall, in stage 2 of the contest, be distributed to the qualified/selected tenderers.
