Sporveien AS would like to enter into framework agreements for 2 years (with an option for a further 1+1 year extension) with maximum 2-3 architect offices for architectural professional consultancy services related to the tram and underground system. The assignment includes technical plants and station/stops. The service also includes participation in parallel assignments related to idea projects, technical preliminary projects and detailed engineering design/follow up in the construction period. There are no plans for new, larger station projects that could start in the four year period. Therefore any assignments will mostly be for small scale renovations to existing sites. Based on historical consumption and the available budgets, the value is estimated to be approx. NOK 10,000,000 - NOK 20,000,000 in the four year period, with an average consumption of NOK 3,700,000 a year. However the need can vary a lot from year to year based on budgets and the project portfolio, and the estimate is in no way binding for the contracting authority. The investment budgets prioritise completion of the Fornebu Railway, new CBTC signalling installations on the underground, and general infrastructure maintenance for trams and the underground. Work is being done on an infrastructure base for trams. Therefore any assignments will mostly be for small scale renovations to existing sites.

For assignments exceeding NOK 500,000, mini-contests will be held between the framework agreement suppliers.
