The health trust in Helse Nord [Northern Norway Regional Health Authority] shall procure new access cards for approximately 20,000 employees.
It is estimated that a maximum of 70,000 access cards (framework agreement) shall be procured during the agreement period (including any prolongations). Please note that the estimate given is only an estimation, and is not binding for call-offs made throughout the operating time of the agreement.
In addition to the delivery of access cards with different specifications, the supplier must also offer additional services in the form of consulting, printing and programming of access cards, and additional assortment for access cards.

It is considered to be a security risk to further postpone the introduction of two-factor authentication, which, in the worst case, can lead to loss of life and health, as well as property, if a data breach occurs in Helse Nord's systems.
