Kort beskrivelse:

The project will be executed as a turnkey contract with an interaction phase. During the interaction phase, the turnkey contractor with the consultant group and technical subcontractors will interact with the contracting authority on the development and engineering design of the buildings.

The multi-purpose hall will have handball as the primary sport and football as a secondary sport. Botne School will use the multi-purpose hall as a gymnasium and main hall (stage) during school hours. The multi-purpose hall and nursery school have a total project framework of NOK 150 million. Total GFA for both buildings is 4,712 m2.

The school and existing nursery will be in regular operation throughout the construction period, and consideration must be given to noise and transport to the construction site. The existing nursery will be demolished after the new nursery is completed and in operation.

The interaction phase will be implemented in accordance with NS8402. The implementation phase will be executed as a turnkey contract in accordance with NS8407.

The planned start of the agreement will be immediately after signing of the contract. The project is scheduled to start construction in January 2023 and completion of the nursery and multi-purpose hall is set for March 2025.
