Kort beskrivelse:
The call for tenders concerns preparation for taxation, inspection and assessment of holiday cottages, undeveloped residential properties, and homes in the agricultural land in Larvik municipality, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, where the basis for the wealth tax is inaccessible from the tax administration.

Assistance in obtaining values from the tax authorities and processing the taxation basis for residential properties where property taxation from the tax authorities are required.
Basic tax-free allowance shall be introduced and works thereof must be expected.
Re-organising the cadastre in collaboration with the municipality will be a part of the assignment.
The number of properties for taxation is subject to some uncertainty. However, the estimated scope is
