Tax Certificate: Norwegian tenderers shall present a tax certificate for VAT from the tax collector and a tax certificate issued by the chief municipal treasurer (form RF-1316) where the tenderer's head office is located. Tax certificates must be presented before the deadline for receipt of tenders. The tax certificates must not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Tenderers must not have significant arrears. Any arrears must be founded separately.
Foreign tenderers: Proof to have fulfilled their obligations regarding the payment of social security contributions, taxes and duties in accordance with the legal provisions in the country where the tenderer is established, or in Norway. Certificates issued by the relevant authority in the tenderer ́s home country will be seen as adequate.
