The contracting authority shall procure Postal Services.The contract period is from 01.03.2024 until and including 28.02.2026.The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract twice (1+1 year). In 2022 the volume was approx. The stated scope is an estimate based on some statistics and information from current suppliers. The figures are estimates only, and are not deciding on the amount that shall be delivered under this contract. See the annexes "Annex 01 - Requirement Specifications Postal Services" and "Annex 02 - 23/32869 - Routines for Distribution", for further information on the assignment.

Quality Assurance System: About the qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have a quality assurance system that is third party certified, such as ISO 9001 or equivalent certification system. The contracting authority requires that it is a tenderer who is certified. If tenderers are not certified, a self-declaration shall be enclosed stating that the tenderer is obliged to be fully certified at the latest 6 months after the contract has been signed. Documentation that a contract has been signed with an accredited certification body must then be submitted. DOCUMENTATION PROOF: ISO 9001 certificate issued by an independent body or self-declaration as well as documentation of signed agreement with an accredited certification body. If a sub-supplier ́s experience shall form the basis for the tenderer ́s qualification, the relevant sub-suppliers must enclose equivalent documentation and confirmation that the tenderer has the right to use these resources. Qualification requirement 4: Implementation ability and competence.: The tenderer ́s offered assignment manager/project manager and the professional responsible process shall be competent persons with relevant education and a minimum of 5 years experience from similar work. Documented by CVs for all the offered personnel. CVs shall state formal education and work experience. Furthermore, the personal references shall also state the assignment size, nature, responsibility and contact data of the contracting authority. If a sub-supplier ́s experience shall form the basis for the tenderer ́s qualification, the relevant sub-suppliers must enclose equivalent documentation and confirmation that the tenderer has the right to use these resources. Qualifications are required equivalent to enterprise classification 3 in the certification area responsible for engineering design services with work areas geotechnics, environmental clearance, Road, outdoor areas and landscape design, as well as the responsible applicant (SØK).
