NORCE Norwegian Research Centre AS

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for travel agency services. The travel agency shall be a strategic partner for the Contracting Authority in the work of making booking journeys easier, reducing the time spent, focus on environmentally friendly transport alternatives and total travel costs as well as safeguarding travellers ́ safety. The framework agreement shall be experienced as useful by travellers and be the preferred way to book journeys. The objective, need and scope are described in more detail in Annex 1 of SSA-R (SSA-R). The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority for an extension for a further 1+1 year, total up to 4 years. The contracting authority has a unilateral right to extend the framework agreement for a further one year at a time, up to 2 times. Notification of extension shall be given in writing at the latest 1 (one) month before the framework agreement expires.

The following is included in the framework agreement as non-exclusive options: (1) "Event Planning" and (2) "Visa Services". A "non-exclusive option" means that the Contracting Authority does not have any purchasing obligation. The option(s) will be taken up by the Contracting Authority ordering in writing. Option (1) - 'Event planning' Event planning means support services for the planning, execution and administration of all types of events, such as division gatherings, management gatherings and external/internal conferences. The tenderer is expected to offer both electronic systems (e.g. the registration form) and manual services for ordering. The option also includes facilitation of premises for the Contracting Authority's events. Option (2) - Visa services Visa services means carrying out or facilitating services related to visa applications.
