Project manager for the subproject P0 Infrastructure and outdoor development project
The assignment includes the function as the builder's project manager for the infrastructure and outdoor project, which is planned as an execution contract. The project period is from 2024 to 2029, of which the period 2025/2026 has the greatest scope/influx.

The proposed person must have excellent managerial skills, great commitment and ability to execute.
It is important that the proposed person is well acquainted with the role of builder's project manager and has experience from similarly complex projects.
The role involves coordination and close cooperation with NTNU Eiendom/drift that shall operate the building and the surrounding facility after the handover.
Varighet: 12 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract will be valid until the end of 2023 with the opportunity to extend for one year at a time or until the project completion.
Statsbygg retains the right to cancel the contract with three months warning. The tenderer can cancel the contract with six months notice.
