Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company or consist of a group of suppliers that are legally established companies. The requirement also applies to any sub-suppliers that the tenderer will rely on, cf. point B.2.3.
Documentation requirement: Certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises, or equivalent certificate of legal registration in the country where the tenderer, or the companies that together make up the tenderer, cf. point B.2.3.2, is/are established, as well as for all supporting companies, cf. point B.2.3.1. Foreign tenderers can submit an equivalent certificate in accordance with the legislation in the tenderer's country of establishment

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract, and must fulfil the following requirement: Tenderers must have an equity ratio of at least 5%. - An average annual turnover of minimum NOK 30 million for the last three financial years.

Documentation requirement: The tables in chapter E.2.4 must be completed. The contracting authority will check the stated amount with publicly available information.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Relevant experience: Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficultly from equivalent work: Documentation requirement: A list of up to 5 and no less than 3 contracts that the tenderer has carried out or is carrying out in the last five years calculated from the tender deadline. The list must, cf. the form included in chapter E, include the following: - Name of the recipient - Description of what the contract work involved, including delivery in accordance with the qualification requirements, point B.2.2.4.1 and B.2.2.4.2. - What work was carried out by the tenderer himself and what work was carried out by sub-suppliers (contract facilitators). - Date of the delivery - The contract value. - Reference person/contact person at the contracting authority with contact information (telephone number and email address), and a statement of the person’s role at the contracting authority during the contract. Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that reference persons are available and will provide a reference. Tenderers can document the qualification requirement by referring to the total experience of the personnel that can and will be used for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer. Key the key personnel are not employed by the tenderer, the tenderer must show that he can use the personnel in question, for example by presenting a commitment statement. The builder's experiences: Qualification requirement: Tenderers are required to show references to relevant contracts that have been carried out in a satisfactory manner. In addition, Innlandet County and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be assessed. Conditions that will be assessed will be connected to, amongst others: -Documentation of delivered quality - fulfilment of contracts - compliance with provisions and routines for HSE - compliance with provisions for wages and working conditions - compliance with deadlines - follow-up in the claims period - use of apprentices - ability to cooperate and the ability to be solution orientated. Documentation requirement: The qualification requirement is to be documented through the list described above in point B.2.2.4.1. The contracting authority will go through the above bullet points with the references.
