The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of the tenderer.

Tenderers can also be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Tenderers must have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have sufficient implementation ability (capacity) and suitable manpower to carry out the assignments included in the contract.

Tenderers must have sufficient experience from care of green areas with a transferable value to this contract.

An overview of the tenderer's workforce must be given. The overview must show the number of skilled workers, unskilled workers, and apprentices for all of the professional category(ies) included in the agreement.

Tenderers must submit a description of up to 5 reference projects with a transferable value from the last 5 years, with information on, amongst other things:

A description of the care provided

A description of the project and its scope.

Name of contracting authority

The date of execution

How the reference project has a transferable value for the assignment.
