The framework agreement concerns ongoing contractor services, including painter services (interior and exterior), floor laying and installing sun shading.
The estimated annual value of the contract is NOK 5,000,000 for the contracting authority. The annual amount is largely affected by maintenance needs and the building, and the stipulated contract value including the option for extension is approx. NOK 20,000,000. Amounts are guidelines and are based on consumption during 2021-2022 and assessments of future needs.
The maximum framework agreement value is NOK 30,000,000.
All amounts are stated in NOK, excluding VAT.
The estimated contract value represents no obligation for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer.

Kort beskrivelse:
The framework agreement will mainly be used to purchase ongoing and operation-related (executive) painting services etc. in connection with the existing buildings, but may also be used for certain investment projects if the contracting authority considers this to be appropriate.

The framework agreement further includes consulting and guidance for the various products and solutions in connection with the execution of assignments. Tenderers must be able to assist with cost calculations, calculations, technical assistance, simple engineering design, simple sketches, consulting, etc. However, the agreement is limited to consulting engineer services where the contracting authority has its own framework agreements.

Separate tender contests will be announced for major investment projects. The contracting authority reserves the right to hold separate contests for other assignments than major investment projects if the framework agreement is not considered to be appropriate.
