Kort beskrivelse:
The framework agreement will include furniture and interior decor that will primarily be used by the Refugee Office in Bodø Municipality, including sofas, tables, carpets, beds, and other household items.
The need for access to furniture is mainly affected by the flow of refugees and global conditions in general, and our needs are therefore divided into two different categories:
- "Normal conditions": During years with a steady flow of refugees, Bodø Municipality needs to be able to offer furniture for approx. 70 persons between 30-40 households. In such situations, we will need to have furniture delivered within 2 days. We need a standard assortment of items.

- "Crisis" conditions: During years with an especially high inflow of refugees (such as in the cases of the Syria and Ukraine crises), Bodø Municipality will need to be able to offer furniture for a much larger and less defined number of persons and households. In such situations, we will be able to temporarily accept delivery times of 2 to 3 weeks, and we will make purchases of furniture for around 30 households at a time. For the time being, Bodø Municipality can store the furniture itself and then distribute it to the homes. However, there is no permanent storage solution for this, and a situation may therefore arise where the municipality requires access to a large number of furnishings within a short time, without being able to store these itself. We need a standard assortment of items.

The framework agreement is limited to office furniture (furniture for staff rooms/offices, etc. that is intended for employees), to school and nursery furniture (furniture used for children in schools and nurseries in classrooms, departments or common areas) and to health furniture (furniture that meets the needs of special needs children and employees in all enterprises).
