Kort beskrivelse:
The objective of the framework agreements is to ensure Statsbygg access to qualified trade services for both planned and ongoing works that occur through the operation and maintenance of the buildings.
The framework agreement will apply to all owned and rented buildings that Statsbygg has in its portfolio at any one time in Stavanger and the surrounding area. Statsbygg will be able to withdraw and add properties if required.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 170 000 000 NOK 💰

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation: Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively Startbank-ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasized.
Documentation: Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can also be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. Tenderers must have secure implementation ability and suitable staffing to execute the assignment.
Documentation: An overview of the tenderer's/sub-contractor's workforce must be given. The overview must show the number of skilled workers, unskilled workers, and apprentices for all of the professional category(ies) included in the contract.
A statement of the proportion of the contract that will be executed by sub-contractors. The tenderer must in such event present a statement of commitment from the sub-contractor that the tenderer intends to rely on.
2. Tenderers must have sufficient experience from assignments with a comparative value to this contract. Comparative value is in this context defined as maintenance and reconstruction works for buildings that are completely or partially in operation
Documentation: A description must be submitted of up to 3 reference assignments with comparative value with information on, amongst other things:
-The name of the project/contract.
- A description of the assignment
- Type of building
- The assignment value
- Date of completion
- The contracting authority and the name of contact person (this person may be contacted if needed)
It must be clear whether the work has been executed by sub-contractors or the tenderer himself. If the tenderer has not executed the work, the reference will not document that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. In such event the tenderer must submit a commitment statement from the sub-contractor that has the relevant experience and reference projects from the sub-contractor that verify that the requirement is fulfilled.
