Bodø Municipality owns and manages approx. 300,000 m² building premises, including approx. 49,000m² housing premises, from Kjerringøy in the north to Misvær in the south. Buildings owned by municipal companies/AS are included in this procurement. The contract will ensure service, support, upgrades, and maintenance where the contracting authority is responsible for this. The contract will cover procurements of all necessary locks and fittings. The contract will also cover new locations that are part of the building premises in the contract period. The associated services will have to be carried out in Bodø Municipality. Tenderers must therefore be able to provide personnel at short notice within the geographical area where the assignments will be carried out.
