Statsbygg would like to qualify participants that can be interested in submitting a tender for parallel framework agreements for electrical work on properties that are worthy of protection in Oslo.
The objective of the framework agreements is to ensure Statsbygg access to qualified trade services for both planned and ongoing works that occur through the operation and maintenance of the buildings.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contract will be valid for 1 year with an option for an extension for up to 6 years with 1 year at a time. The total framework agreement duration will be maximum 7 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be a legally established company. A company registration certificate is to be presented. Foreign tenderers are required to present an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the legislation in the country where the tenderer is registered.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasized. Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of the tenderer. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have secure implementation ability and suitable staffing to execute the assignment.

Tenderers must have good experience from assignments with a comparable value to this contract.

Comparative value is in this context defined as maintenance and reconstruction works for buildings that are completely or partially in operation
