Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract period will be 2 years from the date the contract is signed.
The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for a further 2 years for one year at a time (1+1) on the same terms, with the exception of index adjustments to the agreed hourly rate.
The option years will be automatically taken up and without any acceptance requirement from the tenderers. If the contracting authority does not want an extension, written notification must be given at the latest 3 (three) months before the contract period expires, cf. the first paragraph.

Contracts that are entered into in the framework agreement period must be completed even if these last for longer than the framework agreement period.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or equivalent register.
• Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate, register printout, trade register, or similar
• Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have good financial solidity to undertake the assignments under the framework agreement.
• Credit assessment/rating equivalent to 'A' in the AAA rating system - not older than 6 months. - based on the most recent financial figures, cf. the PPR §16-4 (1) letter f.
• The contracting authority reserves the right to undertake their own credit assessment and rating of the tenderer.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
REQUIREMENT:
• Tenderers must have good experience with the provision of equivalent services as those that will be provided under the framework agreement.
• It is sufficient for tenderers to document overall experience with equivalent services.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT:
• Tenderers must fill in Annex 7 - Response Form for Qualification Requirements', tab 'Experience' with the tenderer's 5 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years.
The information provided in Annex 7 must include the following, amongst other things:
o Name of the contracting authority/description of the company and contact information
o Name of the project/assignment/framework agreement
o Brief description such as the duration of the assignment, goals, and role in the project.
o The assignment's value in NOK
o Contact person for reference
• If a tenderer depends on other supporting companies to cover the requested experience (parent company, sub-suppliers, etc.), these companies must submit an ESPD and a commitment declaration.
• Tenderers must have the capacity and available resources to fulfil contracts that are awarded under the framework agreement.
• Resources that tenderers must have available are given in 'Annex 1 - Requirements Specification', chapter 2, including:
o Construction managers
o Inspection engineers
o SHA-coordinator
• Tenderers must fill in Annex 7 - 'Response Form for the Qualification Requirements', tab 'Capacity', with a description and overview of the tenderer's relevant workforce for the framework agreement, cf. the public procurement regulations §16-6 (1) letter h.
