The contract is one of several in the user equipment project's category 4 that covers portable equipment, furniture, and fixtures for construction stage 1 of the new government quarter. The fixtures will be delivered for construction stage 1, which comprises approx. 2000 workplaces split between three different buildings and communal areas for the buildings. The buildings will be furnished in three phases in 2025. The total area for construction stage 1 is 45,000 m2 new building, and approx. 15,000 m2 of renovation. We would like to negotiate in several phases, see the PPR, section 23-11 (2).

Storage services with necessary logistical services.
Statsbygg currently envisages that the tenderer, as an option, must be able to offer storage with the necessary logistical services in Norway, if there are delays that Statsbygg carries the risk for. Extra costs for storage with the necessary logistical services due to delays that Statsbygg carries the risk for will be met by Statsbygg in accordance with the agreed prices for the option. A description of the scope and further details on the storage services with necessary logistical services will be in the tender invitation.

Throughout the entire project execution phase, tenderers must have the ability to manage and store shield-worthy (security graded) information in the scope and the clearance level set for the contract work.
Central functions at the tenderer and any sub-suppliers must be able to fulfil the requirements for Norwegian security clearance. Central resources means assemblers that will carry out work in rooms/zones with a clearance level and personnel who will administer the contract at the chosen tenderer.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with a transferable value to this project.
A brief description on the template (annex 4) (up to approx. 2 A4 pages per project) must be submitted for of up to 4 reference projects with justified comparable value (projects older than 5 years may be given weight), with information about:

the assignment's contract value (furniture deliveries)
type of furniture delivered
type of building and project (commercial, office building, arts building, university and university college building, etc.)
