The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (NDLO) will enter into a framework agreement to cover the Armed Forces' needs for nutritional products for the Armed Forces and the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment's vessels (Ship supply). See the attached tender documentation for the specifications, award criteria, and further information.
The estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 220 million excluding VAT, and the maximum value is a total of NOK 300 million excluding VAT during the contract period including all options. The stated maximum value is based on the price level at the date of publication.

The contracting authority reserves the unilateral right to extend the framework agreement one or more times for up to a further three years. The maximum total length of the framework agreement is therefore four years.

Foreign tenderers: Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: Credit rating from a certified credit rating company, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must not be older than 3 months. Or the tenderer's Annual Financial Statement (including notes with the boards and auditor's reports) from the last 2 years. If the Annual Financial Statements for the previous year are not finished before the tender deadline for this contest, the preliminary Annual Financial Statements for the previous year must be attached.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: Tenderers must have the required economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. It is sufficient to fulfil the requirement if the tenderer has achieved credit rating ‘credit worthy’ or equivalent. The contracting authority will, amongst other things, assess key figures such as the operating margin, degree of liquidity and equity ratio.
