X -ray spectroscopy instrument for measuring elements in airborne particles

The objective of this invitation to tender is to procure an x-ray spectroscopy instrument that measures elements of airborne particles (PM) in the atmosphere. The contracting authority has since 2015 used these types of instruments in the characterisation of dust emissions from industrial plants and air quality studies.
The instrument shall be delivered to the following address:

The value of the agreement is estimated to a value from NOK 1,800,000 to NOK 2,200,000 excluding VAT.

The objective of this invitation to tender is to purchase an X-ray spectroscopy instrument that measures elements of airborne particles (PM) in the atmosphere. The contracting authority has since 2015 used these types of instruments in the characterisation of dust emissions from industrial plants and air quality studies.

The delivery includes a non-exclusive option for the Contracting Authority to purchase one additional instrument. The option must be activated within 5 years of the contract date. The agreement includes non-exclusive options for the purchase of upgrades to the instrument, calibration and service agreements after the warranty period. See Appendix 2.

The value of the agreement including options is estimated to a value from NOK 4,000,000 to NOK 5,000,000,- excluding VAT.
