Finnmark Hospital Trust:
1 conventional injury laboratory. The laboratory must take all types of x-ray pictures, including skeleton pictures, abdomen pictures, standing x-ray thorax, bedside thorax, examinations on stretchers, inserted pictures (in bed/stretcher/table), lying, and standing stitching. The patient group includes both children and adults. It must be a high-end system. The user group for the apparatus is radiographers.

1 x-ray laboratory. The laboratory will be used for x-ray procedures such as percutane drain insertions, ØVD, HSG, and cystography. The laboratory must have monitors in both the switch room and the examination room, as well as a separate control console and wireless pedals in the examination room. It must also be possible to use the laboratory for general skeleton examinations such as columns, extremities, thorax, abdomen, lying and standing. It must be possible to tilt the table so that pictures and x-rays can be taken with a standing or sitting patient.

The University Hospital of North Norway Trust:
1 conventional injury laboratory. The X-ray laboratory shall be used for standing and lying skeletal X-rays and chest X-rays. The following examinations shall also be performed at the laboratory: abdomen, urinary tract, hips, total spine, shoulder and extremities (both standing and lying). Bed examinations (requested from both sides): x-ray. thorax, inserted hip, abdomen, and other skeleton examinations.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The health trusts in Helse Nord RHF have an option for 4
conventional injury laboratories (2 the same as FIN and 2 the same as UNN), and 2
x-ray laboratories. Options to purchase further units will be exercised within four years after contract signing.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.
Tenderers are required to have:
Credit rating of at least A or better, measured on AAA Soliditet's scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable credit rating company.
The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirements on the basis of the following documentation:
Credit evaluation/rating, not older than six months, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating institution.
We reserve the right to obtain a credit rating on our own initiative from a reputable rating company.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have sufficient ability and capacity to be able to fulfil the contract obligations.
Tenderers are required to have:
Experience from similar assignments. Similar assignments means the delivery of x.ray laboratories for use in renowned European hospitals.
The contracting authority will consider tenderers' experience with assignments relevant to the services in this contract, based on the following:
An overview of the most important deliveries of goods or services that the tenderer has carried out in the last three years, together with information on the contract´s value, delivery date or execution and the name of the recipient. Complete annex 7 - Reply Form, Experience.
