Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
1. Tenderers must be a legally established company. Norwegian Tenderers must provide an updated company register certificate. Foreign tenderers must provide authorisation(s) for statutory registration in the country where the company is established.
2. Norwegian tenderers must attach a tax certificate (certificate for tax, payroll tax and VAT), not older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. The tax certificate can be ordered and downloaded from Altinn. If this is not possible, it can be ordered from the tax collector or the Norwegian Tax Administration. The certificate is electronically certified and is therefore not signed. Tenderers must account for any arrears.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. Tenderers must have very good qualifications and capacity, related to the contractual obligations.
2. Tenderers must, when the tender is submitted, as a minimum be in the process of establishing methods for quality assurance, environment management, as well as be a member of a recycling scheme.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1.1 Tenderers must provide an overview of key persons with relevant qualifications who will be responsible for any contract execution.
1.2 Tenderers must present a list of deliveries of the offered equipment or comparable equipment to hospitals preferably in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, or Europe. The list must include information on the value, date, and name of the recipient.
2.1 Tenderers must document their quality assurance system. (Can refer to a relevant European standard series or equivalent).
2.2 Tenderers are to describe their environment management system that sees to the requirements for a low impact on the environment, or present documentation of ISO-14001 certification or equivalent.
2.3 If Norwegian tenderers (manufacturer or importer) use packaging, documentation must be submitted, at the latest by the tender deadline, which confirms that the tenderer is a member in a recycling scheme or that they fulfil the obligations through their own recycling scheme with their own scheme for final treatment where the packaging is taken care of in an environmentally sound manner. Proof of membership in a recycling scheme is to be attached.
