The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a contest for a framework agreement regarding the procurement of workwear, footwear, bedding, towels and cloths.
The procurement shall cover the contracting authority´s need for such products and we would like tenderers who can offer a good and varied selection of the requested product groups.
The delivery consists of the following product groups:
Procurement of high visibility clothing.
Procurement of clothing for engineering and cleaning.
Procurement of clothing for the area home-based, wraparound care, and nurseries.
Procurement of protective footwear and gloves.
Procurement of clothing for health institutions.
Procurement of clothing for kitchens and canteens.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years calculated from the date the contract comes into force. The contracting authority has a unilateral right to extend the contract for two further years. The contract can be extended for up to 1 year at a time. Unless the contracting authority takes another initiative, the extension will be automatic on the same terms.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate Foreign tenderers: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation requirement: A credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Documentation Requirement: A description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments during the last three years, Appendix 6 - Response Form experience must be completed. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.

Competence and systems which ensure that the service can be provided with low environmental impact and a high degree of security are required, This applies to both the transport that will occur and the work to be carried out.

Documentation requirement: Certification in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS or Eco-Lighthouse, or other environmental management standards based on relevant European or international standards, certified by bodies that comply with the community’s rules or relevant European or international standards concerning certification. If a tenderer does not have such certification, other documentation for an equivalent environmental management system will be accepted.

Tenderers must have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system.

Documentation Requirement: Report on the tenderer's quality assurance system and procedures documenting that the requirement is met. If this is described in the tenderer's quality assurance system in accordance with, for example, ISO 9001 or equivalent 3rd party verified system, it is sufficient to present a valid certificate.
