The aim of the procurement is to get a joint welfare technology platform and a framework agreement for the procurement of welfare technology systems. The platform must interact with the welfare technological need for the health service in Eidskog Municipality. The platform must be adapted for existing systems, new procurements in the framework agreement, and also future procurements.
