The procurement concerns the foundation and construction of a slush landslide network in 'Vannledningsdalen' [the Water main alley']. The protection measures must protect against slush landslides. 14 slush landslide networks shall be established in height varying from 4 m to 8 m above the ground with 1 m opening under the networks. The widths of the networks vary from 19 m to 35 m. As part of the assignment, a smaller embankment shall also be built along road 217 as well as raising the existing embankments on the Haugen side. Included in the assignment is also the establishment of a simpler construction / service road past Funken Lodge on Haugen.

Documentation requirement: - an Overview of reference projects carried out with corresponding complexity over the past 5 years. The reference projects shall document relevant work tasks for this contract, including concrete / grout work including reinforcement, steel work for the superstructure as well as for foundation work and mass handling / terrain work. - A description of how the contractor plans to execute the work. - In cases where the tenderer does not have the necessary qualifications, but relies on other contractors to be qualified, equivalent documentation must be enclosed for these contractors. - The executing contractor must provide personnel with experience from corresponding work. Relevant personnel shall be on site at least in the initiation phase of the project. - Documentation of the tenderer's quality system and a description of the system. - Central approval for the work in question or a self-declaration of liability, cf. the requirements in the building regulations for Longyearbyen 2016 and the attached implementation plan. In cases where the main contractor does not have sufficient competence, this can be replaced by using a subcontractor who has the necessary competence, also with regard to the declaration of liability. The main contractor is responsible for ensuring that the right competence is added and safeguarded in the contract. - An overview of Tenderer's offered manpower for this assignment (organisation plan) with the names and CVs for the key personnel carrying out the assignment. The CV must at least state age, education and experience. The CV must describe the relevant reference assignments and what function the person in question has had in these. To the extent that the contractor uses subcontractors and collaborating partners, this shall be stated in the organisational plan where the CV for key positions for the execution of the contract is stated. If the contractor wishes to change key persons related to the assignment, these must be approved by the contracting authority in advance. There must be at least 1 Norwegian-speaking construction manager / work manager present during the work at the plant. - Use of subcontractors must be stated. A declaration of commitment or similar documentation must be submitted showing that the provider has the necessary resources available if a subcontractor is used. A binding agreement on necessary access to a helicopter in the execution phase must be signed. If the execution is based on the contractor executing the work without the use of a helicopter, the contractor must explain in detail how the work is to be carried out. In all events, the contractor is responsible for ensuring that all associated permits are available. - Description of equipment, machinery or other available equipment with relevance to the execution of this contract.
