All municipal enterprises that are fully owned by one or more of the participating municipalities are seen as part of the municipality/municipalities, and have, therefore, the right to enter the agreement and are not included in the overview. In addition, the following entities have an option to join the contract during the contract period. The tenderer must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex. The contracting authority checks this itself. However, the company certificate must be sent on request.

A framework agreement for the purchase of beverages, including mainly soft drinks and water for commercial kitchens / institutional households.

The contest is cancelled as alcoholic drinks have not been included in the consumption overview, and the CPV codes are not in accordance with the need that must be met, In addition, we have received feedback that, as a starting point, it is not optimal to have to price all flavours the same regardless of flavour and the amount consumed.

The new contest will be published shortly, and is more or less the same, with the exception of an updated price sheet and value estimate/ceiling.
