The contest is being held on behalf of, and the framework agreement will be valid for the following entities:

Færder Municipality;

Holmestrand Municipality;

Larvik Municipality;

Sandefjord Municipality;

Tønsberg Municipality;

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------All municipal companies that are fully owned by one or more of the participating municipalities are seen as part of the municipality/municipalities, and have, therefore, the right to use the contract and are not included in the overview. In addition, the following entities have an option to join the contract during the contract period. Independent of the number of participating entities, the framework agreement will be terminated if the framework agreement limit is reached before the original termination date.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.
