Chapter 16.1 - Option for steel plate roof
Chapter 16.2 - Option for bathroom exterior finish (vinyl)
The exercise of options is subject to budgetary allocations.
Chapter 16.3 Option for flood control
The option is subject to allocation of budgetary resources, and that an assessment is made of whether it is necessary to implement the measure.

*The tenderer must have the required economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. A credit rating of 'credit worthy' or equivalent will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement. Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
* Implementation ability
* The tenderer must have very good implementation ability and an organisation that has the capacity to fulfil the contract.
• The engineering design group must have experience from corresponding projects.
• The project manager and supervisor intended for the assignment must have good experience from corresponding assignments.
• The tenderer must be able to document the necessary and professional qualifications for the implementation of development classes s as an executor / engineering designer for relevant fields, cf. Annex 14 Implementation plans.
Documentation: A description must be delivered of technical personnel/entities the tenderer has at disposal to fulfil this contract. * The competence and experience of the design group, project manager and supervisor proposed for this contract must be given special account * Central approval in development class 2 or 3, for the relevant disciplines that are listed in Annex 14 - Implementation plans, or alternative documentation that demonstrates that the tenderer will achieve the necessary and relevant professional qualifications to implement development classes in accordance with the mentioned document. See the provisions in the Building Application Regulations, chapter 11.

The tenderer can document the execution ability by referring to the competence of personnel he has at his disposal and can use for this assignment, even though the experience has been gained while the personnel performed service for another contractor.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
NS 8407 and building form 8407 A must be used as a contractual form.
The contract will include a requirement concerning wages and work conditions, documentation and sanctions in accordance with the Wages and Working Conditions Regulation dated 8 February 2008 no. 112.
The contract will also include requirements for use of apprentices.
