In order to achieve the goals in business policy, the business-orientated policy apparatus must be efficient at changing and adapting to future business life. Furthermore, it is an ambition that it will be a way in to the business-orientated policy apparatus for companies and business life.

Looking at different user journeys could identify the actual 'areas of pain' in these meetings and provide proposals for concrete changes. The goal is a more user friendly policy apparatus that is more available and easier to use. The intention is not to look at the effect of individual policies, or find out if there are 'holes' between the policies that are offered, but rather to look at whether there are obstacles, processes, or sides of the organisation that mean that the total offer to companies is experienced as complex and difficult to use in practice.

The assignment includes an option to examine and concretise possible measures that arise in the main project, such as prototyping or user testing. Whether or not the option will be taken up will be clarified with the contracting authority after the first phase has been completed, and the contracting authority reserves the right to adjust the desired organisation of the option after the main project has been completed.
