Haukeland School was constructed in 1973 and needs an additional area to ensure the school has sufficient pupil capacity, to provide the school with useful special rooms, as well as free up special rooms that are currently used for teaching. Measures must be constructed due to the flood and landslide danger, as well as noise reduction requirements. Flood and landslide protection must be established along the river, as well as a noise reduction screen against Årstadveien. New footpath connections are to be established, as well as limited parking with a goods reception, and waste management buried underground. The heart zone principle is used in the choice of solutions for this. Haukeland School will be closed in the construction period. The pupils will be transported to and from a replacement school during this period. A temporary bus stop in Stemmeveien is therefore included, which must be removed when the new building has been completed. The new building will be decorated with art that is integrated into the glass sections on the walkway bridge to the existing building.

The company must be legally registered. Documentation requirement: Companies that are registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and the VAT Register do not need to attach documentation. The contracting authority checks organisation numbers in the company's Mercell profile. Attention is drawn to the fact that it is the organisation number that is on the company's profile for this competition in Mercell that will be checked. For companies that are not registered in the above-mentioned register, the tenderer must provide certificates or confirmation of registration (equivalent to a company registration certificate) in a trade register or company register as described in the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate must not be issued more than 6 months prior to the tender deadline.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will obtain information on the company´s economic and financial capacity via Proff Forvalt, (companies that have submitted their accounts to the Brønnøysund Register Company are registered through Proff Forvalt). If the information on Proff Forvalt is not correct, or if supplementary information is required to highlight the company´s economic and financial situation, this can be submitted. All the received and any obtained information will form the basis for an overall assessment of whether the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Foreign companies: The company´s last two auditor approved Annual Financial Statements.

Documentation requirement: The company's relevant assignments in the last eight years, listed in the reference list template. The chosen tenderer will be sent the template for a reference list in order to document fulfilment of the qualification requirement. In cases where the company does not have the necessary qualifications, but relies on other suppliers to be qualified, equivalent documentation must be submitted for them.
