The procurement concerns a turnkey contract for the demolition of and a new building for Vanse School. Vanse School has had too little space in recent years for the school's needs. The project started in 2017 with a review of the school's need and use of space as regards the basic preferred numbers, Parts of the existing building will also be altered and upgraded. The project concerns: - Establishment of temporary barracks for 2 classes - Demolition of the existing school building C - 'The Penne Building' constructed in 1972 - Construction of a new school building C - Alteration of building A (separate description) - Construction year 1939 + an extension and some renovation 2003 - Alteration of building D (separate description) - Construction year 1982 - Establish outddoor area and landscaping.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement: Tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation: Tax and VAT certificates. The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline. The certificate can be obtained electronically from Altinn. For further information, see Skatteetaten.no.
Requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Tenderers are required to have a minimum annual turnover of NOK 50 million. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation: Credit rating from a recognised certified credit rating company
based on the last accounting figures. The key figures in the requirement must be presented together with an assessment of the tenderer's payment experience. Declaration of the company's turnover in the last two fiscal years.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: Delivery capacity and implementation ability. Tenderers must have sufficient capacity and implementation ability to fulfil the contract.
Documentation: An overview of the company's total manpower, as well as an overview of the number of man-labour years, with competence for special/important disciplines for the execution of this contract. How the tenderer will ensure sufficient capacity for this assignment must be reported. A staffing plan for the assignment must be submitted, showing

the number of own employees, hired, sub-contractors, etc., including the staff's competence and experience.
Requirement: Experience is required from similar assignments. Tenderers must have experience from the execution of equivalent assignments/deliveries.
Documentation: List with an overview of the 3 most relevant assignments in the last 5 years. As a minimum, the list must include: The name of the customer/contracting authority, a short description of the delivery, the delivery date, contract value and scope, a contact person for each delivery, as well as a telephone number and email address. Tenderers can use the attached template, c.f. annex 3 The Contracting Authority reserves the right to contact the listed references in order to verify the scope and quality. It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. When assessing 'equivalent assignments', the contracting authority will not exclusively look at value, type of building, etc. The contracting authority's evaluation will be based on a general evaluation of the listed experience.

Requirement: Quality assurance. Tenderers must have satisfactory procedures for quality assurance.
Documentation: Documentation must be given in one of the following ways: Alternative 1: A description of the company's procedures for quality management, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management´s responsibility, and continuous analysis and improvement. Alternative 2: If the tenderer has ISO 9001 certification or equivalent standards, it will be satisfactory to present a copy of the valid certificate.
