Time Municipality will construct a new double sports hall at Rossaland by Timehallen, on the site of the old Time Sixth Form College.
The project is located in Trallfavegen 6, Bryne centre. The building is approx. 5000m² gross, and the site is approx. 8.9 decares. The adjoining school courtyard is 9.9 decares.
A preliminary project has been prepared for the construction of the sports hall, cf. the attached pint 1.6, which will form the basis of this procurement.
The excavation of the construction pit for the new sports hall has started, and will be completed and made ready before the work in this turnkey contract starts.
The objective of this contest is to procure a tenderer and contract facilitators for the detailed engineering design services, execution, and trial operation of the sports hall.
The project will be executed in two phases:
- Partnering phase with detailed engineering design services for a new double sports hall.
- Execution phase: Delivery of a complete constructional project for a new double sports hall, including technical installations and outside work in accordance with the annexes and descriptions in the tender contest.

The project is located in Trallfavegen 6, Bryne centre. The building is almost 5000m² gross and the site is approx. 8.9 decares. The adjoining school courtyard is 9.9 decares. The area is included in development plan 0517.00.

The total delivery must include:

Partnership with detailed engineering design services for a new double sports hall. Further delivery of a complete constructional project for a new double sports hall, including technical installations and outside work in accordance with the annexes and descriptions in the tender contest.

The construction pit has been excavated, but the assignment will include adjustments to the construction pit as well as handling matter and filling in the construction period. The development of the outside installations are in the contract boundary for the landscape plan. Open and closed diversion installations, as well as flood protection on the site are included in the project. The project will include the necessary joint closed diversion installations for the school courtyard and sports hall site (total area as stated in BIA2 and o_BU in development plan 0517.00).

Coordination with the municipality's water and sewage project in Turvegen between the new sports hall and Timehallen must be included. The actual work of laying new municipal technical pipes here will be carried out by another contractor, but the coordination of the total work is included. The same municipal water and sewage project will provide municipal connection manholes for the project inside the sports hall site. The coordination for establishing these will also be included in the delivery.

This description, together with the tender documentation and all annexes, will form the basis for the preparation of the tenderer's detailed project in the partnering phase, and the final engineering design services for the execution phase. The documents have been written in cooperation with users, as well as the consultants that Time Municipality has used for planning the new sports hall.

The consultants that Time municipality has used will not be transferred to the turnkey contractor. The turnkey contractor must involve and include all work, including engineering design, that is necessary to provide a complete building and outdoor area.

Necessary checks of the engineering design basis in the tender documentation that will be used in the project is included in the delivery. The turnkey contractor will take over the risk for the engineering design services attached to the tender documentation that the project will use.

The completed building must fulfil the requirements for, and be certified by BreeamNor with the grade Very Good.
