Gassnova SF

Gassnova has a need to enter into a new contract for travel agency services.
The duration of the contract is two years with an option for a further one year + one year.
There will be an opportunity for the three best tenderers to present their tender offer and the solution, but this is not negotiation meetings.
The meetings will preferably be held on 31.01 or 01.02.2023. Invited tenderers will receive their invitation a week before.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Registered in a trade register or company register.
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit Rating
Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Documentation: Updated solidity assessment from an approved credit rating agency (Proff Forvalt or equivalent). The assessment must provide information about the credit rating and/or the extent of any risk of bankruptcy. The documentation MUST be uploaded under this point.

Tax, VAT, and payroll tax.
Requirement: Tenderers must have submitted their tax assignments and paid their tax, VAT, and employer contributions. Documented by: Tax certificate/VAT certificate. The certificate must not be more than 6 months old from the deadline for submitting the application. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. If a tenderer is planning to use sub-suppliers, tax certificates must be provided for them as well. The documentation MUST be uploaded under this point.

Requirement regarding the number of employees.
Tenderers must document that they have minimum 10 employees. Documented by: Attach a description of the organisation's structure and the number of employees. The documentation MUST be uploaded under this point.
Market share requirements.
Tenderers must document that they have minimum 5 existing customers, with minimum 50 employees that actively use the system. Documented by: Attach a list with references from 5 such customers that use the system. The documentation MUST be uploaded under this point.
