Vefsn kommune

Vefsn municipality needs transport services by buses and mini-buses.
This applies especially to the environmental therapy service, Byparken Senior Centre, schools, nurseries and wraparound care services.
The framework agreement shall have a duration of four years from signing of the contract, and shall also be able to be used when the municipality’s other organisations have a need for transport.
The tenderer must carry out the contract by buses and mini-buses.
Some of the events will require several buses to the same event.
The tender contest consists of two lots where tenderers can submit tenders for one or both lots.
The total estimated value is between NOK 3,700,000 - NOK 4,600,000.

The agreement does not include ordinary school transport.

Vefsn municipality requires transport services by bus, mini bus and taxi, especially in the following organisations: schools, nurseries, wraparound care services and the Byparken Senior Centre.
This framework agreement shall also be available when the municipality’s other organisations have a need for transport services.
The assignment includes bus trips both in and out of the municipality where it is appropriate for larger and smaller groups. For the youth sector this primarily involves driving to/from the swimming pool, sports events and tours to, for e.g. ski days at Granmoen, Sjåmoen and trips to Namskogan Family Park.

Kort beskrivelse:
The Environmental Therapy Service shall meet the need for transport of +/- 15 persons with functional reduction on a weekly basis, five days a week (Monday - Friday) from set addresses in the Mosjøen city boundary.
This transport will be during the time period 07:40 - 15:30. As well as fixed transport services 5days a week, there is a need for transport for tours/excursions primarily in the area surrounding Mosjøen. The tours have a duration of two - seven hours.

During the actual contract period, the number of users of this service will vary (summer time/winter time) and the times for collecting can also deviate. However, this is marginal.
The tenderer must be able provide transport services by buses, mini-buses and taxis as needed.
This lot is estimated to be between NOK 2,300,000 - NOK 2,700,000 for a framework agreement period of 4 years.
