The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest for framework agreements for trade services. The contracting authority for this contest is Sykehusinnkjøp HF.
Sykehusinnkjøp HF is implementing the contract on behalf of the contracting authority. The builder in this tender contest is Helse Møre and Romsdal HF.
The contracting authority would like to use this contest to enter into framework agreements for trade services to meet the builder's needs for the operation, maintenance and development of the building stock. Framework agreements will be signed per trade per hospital. The different hospitals have different needs for framework agreements.
Contracts will be signed for:
- Kristiansund Hospital
- Molde Hospital
- Ålesund hospital
- Volda Hospital
The framework agreement applies to the builder's properties and any leased premises.
The procurement is divided into the following sub-contracts:
- Building automation work
- Electrical work
- Painting work
- Plumbing work
- Carpentry and joinery work
- System fittings
- Ventilation work
- Cooling work
- Masonry work
- Fireproofing
