Through this competition, the Contracting Authority wants to enter into framework agreements for trade services to meet the Contracting Authority's needs for the operation, maintenance and development of the building stock. Parallel framework agreements will be signed for each discipline. The framework agreement applies to the Contracting Authority's properties and any leased premises. Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contract obligations.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Annual minimum turnover, measured in average over the past 3 years, must not be lower than the estimated value of the individual lot. If a tenderer can be awarded several lots, the requirement will apply for all relevant lots combined.

Tenderers must have a credit rating of minimum A or better, measured against the AAA Soliditet’s scale - or an equivalent score from another reputable rating company.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have the necessary technical and professional qualifications to fulfil the contractual obligations.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers must have good experience and references from equivalent/comparable assignments. This is in reference to reference projects (service agreements). Relevant projects means, for example, hospital buildings, alterations, maintenance while the building is in operation, etc.

Tenderers must have suitable and sufficient staffing. For staffing to be considered suitable and sufficient, the tenderer must have a minimum number of craftsmen at their disposal with trade certificates/apprenticeship certificates:

Building automation - 4 trade certificates in electrical or automation/automating.

Electrical - 10 trade certificates in electrical and 2 in telecommunications installation.

Painting - 6 apprenticeship certificates.

Plumbing - 6 apprenticeship certificates.

Ventilation - 6 trade and apprenticeship certificates in ventilation engineering/tinsmithing.

Joinery and carpentry - 12 apprenticeship certificates.
