This contest is for the procurement of one (1) wheeled excavator and one (1) track excavator. In addition, the contracting authority would like prices for a service contract as an option.
Tenders can be submitted in each group, or tenders can be submitted in both groups. It is possible to offer a quantity discount if you submit a tender in both groups.
The 3 months abidance deadline can be deviated from for second-hand and demo machines. The abidance deadline for these machines must be stated in the tender.
The contracting authority is considering to trade in the existing machines as a part-exchange. If the winner has offered to procure the part-exchange machine, it will be binding for the tenderer if the contracting authority chooses to do this. Øvre Eiker Municipality could also procure second-hand machines or demo machines. Any quality differences due to the fact that the machines are second-hand will be seen as a deduction under quality.
