Troms and Finnmark County would like tenders from contractors with the professional, technical, and financial basis required for fulfilment of the contract.

The contractual works include maintenance of the County roads tunnels in Troms and Finnmark.

The County is responsible for the operation and maintenance of 46 tunnels, of which 41 tunnels are in Troms and 5 in Finnmark. The total length of tunnels is approx. 59 500 m.

The main scope of the work is mainly:

- rock protection work such as scaling, bolting and securing with shotcrete

- water and frost protection work including fire protection

- assembly of a cable bridge

- electrical installation work

The work shall be executed in accordance with geological reports after main examinations and inspections, and in case of unforeseen incidents (landslides, downfall, traffic injuries, etc.)

The contracting authority also requests unit and hourly prices as a basis for ordering additional work.

The contracting authority does not have an overview of all assignments that may occur during the contract period, and has not registered scopes for the coming projects.

The prices shall be the basis for ordering assignments that occur during the agreement period. Orders will be prepared based on the given quantities and prices in chapter D1 'Beskrivelse' ['Description'].

Minor and natural related works will be merged into one order.

The contracting authority has the option for extending the agreement for 12 months, from 2024-01-01 to 2024-12-31.

Any reversal of county merger during the agreement period may result in the contractor to relate two Contracting Authorities after any reversal.

The tenderer must have the sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty for the following work:

All electrical installations must be carried out by a certified electrical installation company.
