The work will apply to the improvement of 2 separate sections along County road 848 Rolla Hp 06:

Sørrollnes approx. m 15650 - 14750 and Ytre Forså approx. m 11020 - 9350.

The work will apply to the improvement of 2 separate sections along County road 848 Rolla Hp 06: Sørrollnes approx. m 15650 - 14750 (also referred to in the tender documentation as lot 5) and Ytre Forså approx. m 11020 - 9350 (also referred to in the tender documentation as lot 4)

For lot 4 Ytre Forså, the construction of 2 concrete bridges is also included. The bridges shall replace the existing bridges

The project's lot 5 enters a densely populated area on Sørrollnes and a part of lot 4 passes through a rural district at approx. m 10000-9350.

Traffic date: Average annual daily traffic/AADT = 250 and speed limit - 80 km/h.

The improvement of the road shall mainly include:

- New superstructure and in some places, road embankment.

- pavement widening of the road to minimum 5.5 m.

- Local alterations of the road route (especially for lot 4)

- Establishment of culverts in multiple dimensions

- Establishment of retaining walls made of pre-fabricated concrete elements.

Demolition / removal of 2 existing concrete bridges and construction of 2 new concrete bridges over the Storelva (at approx. m 10920)

- Establishment and removal of a bypass road by Storelva.

- Special measures in connection with the widening of the road past the pipe trench to the power plant. (will include the establishment of concrete slabs over the pipe trench on lot 5)

- Landslide protection measures in various forms (including a landslide fence)

- Measures for erosion protection and the establishment of a backfill at lot 5 (Sørrollnes).

- Adaptations / re-establishment of existing access roads and exits.

- Establishment of railings (both road and bridge railings)

- Establishment of 1 cattle guard.

- All measures regarding periodic traffic management during the construction period.

Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract and must comply with the following requirements:

The tenderer must have an equity ratio of at least 10 %.
