The contract will cover Drammensbadet, Eknes swimming pool, and Svelvik swimming pool's (hereafter called the swimming pools) need for swimming pool chemicals, water treatment equipment, and service of treatment installations.
A joint contract will be written for the three swimming pools, with Drammen badet KF being the contract owner.
The swimming pool at Frydenhaug School can join the contract in the contract period. Frydenhaug School is an entity under Drammen Municipality for pupils with disabilities. The school has a pool of 8x8 metres. Frydenhaug School's need for swimming pool chemicals, water treatment equipment, and service of treatment equipment will involve minimal changes to the volume estimated in the price sheet.

Kort beskrivelse:
Description of the need for an annual service of Drammensbadet KF.
Drammensbadet has nine pools, five indoor, and four outdoors. The amount of water in the pools is 5.3 million litres.
Service that Drammensbadet KF undertakes itself:
-- Checking and adjusting dosing installations for…
… chlorine/chlorine dosing.
… acid.
-- Checking the flushing process in the filter installations.
-- Replacing and calibrating electrodes for the dosing installations.
-- Checking UV installations (replacing UV bulbs, 1-2 times a year).
In rare cases there can be a need for the tenderer to service the installations. The service will then comprise:
- Replacing and calibrating electrodes
- Lubricating and checking circulation pumps.
- Service and possible replacement of parts on the Granduos dosing installation (chlorine and acid) and the Bermuda control unit.
- General checks of the water treatment installations
Special service that must be undertaken by the manufacturer that is not included in this contract:
- Bottom that can be raised and lowered, as well as the dock gate.
- Wave machine.
Attention is drawn to the fact that Drammensbadet KF will switch from liquid to dry chlorine in 2022.
Eknes swimming pool
Eknes swimming pool has one pool with 600,000 litres of water.
Service that Eknes swimming pool undertakes itself:
- Emptying and filling coal filters
- Cleaning sand filters
- Refilling sand
- Replacing chemical hoses
- Cleaning chemical tanks and pipes
- Lubricating circulation pumps once a year
Description of the wanted annual service at Eknes swimming pool:
- Replace and calibrate electrodes.
Svelvik swimming pool
Svelvik swimming pool has one pool of approx. 300,000 litres.
Service that Svelvik swimming pool undertakes itself:
- Flushing 6 sand filters
- Cleaning and replacing chlorine hoses, including nozzles
- Cleaning the levelling tank and flushing tank
- Cleaning the pool
- Cablibrating electrodes
- Checking and lubrication of circulation pumps
- Checking the handicapped chair that can be raised and lowered
Service is wanted on the entire installation.
Other service
It is important for the Contracting Authority that the tenderer can, if required, be of assistance in acute situations. This is important so as to prevent pool closures.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 6 800 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 24 måneder
