Ringsaker kommune

The contract must cover the Ringsaker Municipality's requirements for PCs for use in teaching in secondary schools in Ringsaker, valid from August 2022. The devices will be carried to and from home and school daily, as well as internally in the school area. The offered product must therefore be robust and suitable for this purpose.
The contracting authority needs:
- Rent of approx. 1250 laptop PCs for 3 years (operational leasing)
- Option for supplementary procurements

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Option for the procurement of pupil PCs (supplements if required), procurement of spare parts from the tenderer (the contracting authority will do the replacement itself), procurement of repairs at the tenderer, procurement of accessories (PC holders and headsets with microphone), as well as an extended guarantee.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement. Documentation Requirement: The contracting authority will check the tenderer's economic situation from DIFI's eBevis and undertake an individual credit evaluation via Bisnode. A credit rating equivalent to score A (worthy of credit) or a higher score in accordance with the standard. If a credit rating is not available for a tenderer, the contracting authority will make an independent assessment of the information available in Bisnode, and possibly ask the tenderer to submit documentation. Recently established companies will be assessed separately.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Tenderers must have experience from comparable contracts.
Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the contract value, date. recipient and contact person (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.

2) Tenderers must have a quality assurance system suitable for the contract. Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer´s methods for quality assurance. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance certification, it is sufficient to attach a copy of the valid certificate ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance certificate, cf. the PPR section 16-7 (1), cf. (3)

3) Tenderers must have an environment management system suitable for the delivery. Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer´s environment management system or environment management standards. If a tenderer has a certificate issued by independent bodies, e.g. ISO 14001, the Eco-Lighthouse certification scheme or EMAS, it is sufficient to present a copy of the valid attestation/certificate, cf. the PPR section 16-7 (2), cf. (3).
