Street light fixtures with integrated control unit and Zhaga-socket - 2nd notice

Asker kommune

Asker Municipality will upgrade the control systems for their street light system. The procurement concerns assembly of Datek Light Control management units MK 16800 BC (LCU) in street lights, integration of LCU with fixtures (electricity supply and control), and the delivery of fixtures with a mounted Zhaga connection on outside of the fixture. Some of the fixtures will be the preliminary program for night, but fixture suppliers must confirm that the night lowering will deactivate automatically with connection of control node/LCU 25 Zhaga from DLC.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement:

Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.

An overview and brief description of the qualification requirements:
Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. This includes but is not limited to experience with assembly of socket and control units on street lighting fixtures.
Documentation requirement:
To be given in the ESPD Documented upon request only.
Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments during the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. A tenderer can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another service provider.

Kontraktutførelse
Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
Tenderers must ensure that employees in their organisation, and employees at any contract facilitators who are directly involved in fulfilling the contract, have wages and working conditions that are in accordance with the regulations dated 8 February 2008 no. 112 on wages and working conditions in public contracts, section 5, second and third paragraphs. The management of the company is responsible for compliance with this rule.

All contracts entered into by the tenderer involving the execution of work under this contract must contain similar provisions.
If the tenderer does not comply with the wage and work terms, the contracting authority has the right to withhold parts of the contract sum until there is documentation that the conditions are in order. The contracting authority can hold back an amount equivalent to twice the savings for the employer.
