Oslobygg KF (OBF) is the builder for the construction of the new swimming pool in Aasta Hansteens vei in Stovner.
The pool must fulfil the requirements for a city district pool dimensioned for 250,000 annual visitors and capacity for 600 visitors at the same time.
The assignment includes the construction of the pool, with development of the accompanying outdoor area and regulated order requirements. The new building has a total gross area of 8506 m2, and will include, amongst other things:
- A 25x21 metre pol with theatre loft functions and adapted grandstand stairs.
The pool's outdoor area, with a water mirror, climbing walls, and seating places is to be developed, in addition to the order requirements in the development provisions.

A complete engineered work basis is to be formulated in phase 1, which is suitable as the requirements specification/tender basis in a NS 8407 contract. The builder will have a free and unconditional choice to take up an option for phase 2.
