Framework agreement for the procurement of products for stores, cloakrooms, and workshops.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has spent approx. NOK 1 million excluding VAT a year for the last five years. The volume will be dependent on amongst other things, the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors.
The maximum contract value is set to NOK 6 million excluding VAT. The contract will be terminated when/if withdrawals from the contract exceed the maximum value.

The contracting authority
The Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) (organisation no. 969 159 570) has a special responsibility for providing research and education that ensure the basis of existence for future generations. We provide knowledge for life and sustainability is rooted in everything we do. NMBU has 1900 employees and 6400 students and is organised in seven faculties, several research centres and a University administration. NMBU currently has its campus in Ås. NMBU also has a research centre in Sandnes.

Justification for cancellation There is an error in the requirements specification regarding uncertainties and shortcomings on what the minimum requirements are, what is required for fulfilment of the minimum requirements, and what the evaluation points will be, which means that the contest is cancelled. The contracting authority cannot see that the error can be corrected in any other way than by cancelling the contest. There is, thus, an obligation to cancel.
