The contest will be held in accordance with the Public Procurements Act dated 17 June 2016 no. 73 (PPA) and the Public Procurements Regulations (PPR) dated 18 August 2016 no. 974 (PPR), Parts I and III of the regulations apply for this procurement. The award of contract will be made in accordance with the negotiated procedure after a prior notice, c.f. the PPR § 13-1 (2).
