Sports and training equipment for Evenes Air Station

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency hereby invites tenderers to submit tenders for the following contracts: 110173 - Sports and training equipment for the Royal Norwegian Air Forces` sports and training centre - Evenes Air Station.
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency is part of the process of re-establishing the operational capacity of Evenes Air Station to support military aircraft operations, maritime patrol aircraft, ground operational capacities such as air defence and base defence, and base support functions.
In connection with this, training equipment and sports equipment must be procured for the sports building for the new Base squadron. The contest is split into two sub-contests:
1) Sports equipment
2) Training equipment
The contract is described in more detail in the tender documents part III - requirements specifications for the respective lots.

Qualification requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company. Documentation requirement: Foreign tenderers must present documentation that confirms that the company is legally registered in its home country. Norwegian tenderers do not need to document fulfilment of this requirement beyond the presentation of tax and VAT certificates, cf. the information below.

Qualification requirement: The tenderer shall have its tax and duty payments in order Documentation requirement: Tax and VAT certificate (RF-1316). The certificate can be ordered via www.altinn.no. The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline (Norwegian tenderers, only).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Qualification requirement: Tenderers must be creditworthy.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderer’s credit rating, not older than 6 months when calculated from the expiry of the application deadline. The credit rating must contain an assessment of
the Tenderer's payment history/reliability. The result of the credit rating must be given as a graded value (letters or numbers) on a defined scale.
If the tenderer, in order to comply with the requirement, presents guarantees from other companies (e.g. the controlling company), equivalent credit assessment for this company must be submitted. Furthermore, a legally binding confirmation must be enclosed from this company stating that they have joint and several liability under the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The Tenderer (as a company) shall have good experience and competence with assignments of an equivalent size and complexity.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
A list of up to five relevant reference suppliers providing a short description of the suppliers and their sizes. If necessary, tenderers can present documentation from subcontractors so that they collectively meet the requirement.
