Søre Sunnmøre IKT is an intermunicipal collaboration based on § 27 in the Norwegian Local Government Act The collaboration includes the following seven municipalities: Hareid, Herøy, Sande, Ulstein, Vanylven, Volda and Ørsta. On behalf of the municipalities in the collaboration, Søre Sunnmøre IKT (SSIKT) shall procure a new Educational Administration System (Norwegian: OAS) The procurement shall ensure a future-oriented OAS for nurseries and wraparound care services for the municipalities in the collaboration, and to the greatest extent contribute to facilitating the workday for employees in nurseries and wraparound care services, parents, students and administration.
