Søre Sunnmøre IKT is an intermunicipal collaboration based on § 27 in the Norwegian Local Government Act The collaboration includes the following seven municipalities: Hareid, Herøy, Sande, Ulstein, Vanylven, Volda and Ørsta. On behalf of the municipalities in the collaboration, Søre Sunnmøre IKT (SSIKT) shall procure a new Educational Administration System (Norwegian: OAS) The procurement shall ensure a future-oriented OAS for nurseries and wraparound care services for the municipalities in the collaboration, and to the greatest extent contribute to facilitating the workday for employees in nurseries and wraparound care services, parents, students and administration.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers shall have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order.

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer must present the latest annual accounts, including notes with board's and auditor's report for the last 2 years.

If the annual accounts for the last year are not completed before the tender deadline for this contest, the last year's preliminary annual accounts shall also be attached.

If there are reasons as to why the annual accounts cannot be attached, the tenderer can document finance in another suitable manner.

The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment.

Financial strength is evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.

The contracting authority will obtain the revised annual accounts from the Brønnøysund Register Centre for Norwegian tenderers. Norwegian tenderers do not, therefore, need to submit their revised annual accounts.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Tenderers must have sufficient financial strength to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A brief, overall description of the company shall be provided, including:

- a description of the tenderer's annual average workforce and number of employees in the administration in the last three years;

- a description of the tools, material and technical equipment that the tenderer has at its disposal for fulfilment of the contract.

- a description of the proportion of the contract that the tenderer is considering outsourcing to a sub-supplier.

An overview of relevant deliveries that the tenderer has carried out in the last 3 years.

The overview of the deliveries must, as a minimum, include the following:

A brief description of the delivery, as well as the name of the contracting authority.

Date of implementation.

Scope of the contract in monetary amount.

The contracting authority must have the possibility to contact the stated contact persons.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer must have sufficient implementation ability to fulfil the contract.

Tenderers shall have valuable experience from relevant and comparable deliveries.
