Gran Municipality invites tenderers to a tender contest for snow clearing and sanding/salting of municipal roads, properties and places
The framework agreement period is five years with an option for extend one year at a time, to a total agreement period of eight years.
The objective of the tender contest is primarily to enter into an agreement for snow ploughing - there may be a need for sanding/salting, but this only applies when summoned by a supervisor or unit manager.
The roads are divided into five sections (lots). Tenders can be submitted for one or several lots.
The five lots are:
Section 1 - Brandbu, Section 2 - Jaren, Section 3 - Gran, Section 4 - Grymyr and Section 5 - Bjoneroa.
The sections are described in the mLogg system.

mLogg
Gran municipality uses mLogg for precise information about ploughing and sanding/salting.
The contractor must buy and maintain the necessary equipment. Gran municipality is the licensee. See the tender documentation for further information.
Prices
A fixed price per tour, road, section shall be given.
The prices shall be added to mLogg and the total price per. section should be entered in the Mercell for each lot.
Evaluation:
The evaluation will be based on an 'average season' where there is a need for 20 snow clearing assignments and 10 sanding/salting assignments. The total cost over eight years will form the basis for price comparison between the tenderers. I.e. the price for 160 snow ploughing assignments and 80 sanding/salting assignments.

The stated consumption may vary in volume, and the described volume is not binding for the Contracting Authority.
Contract signing
The contract will be signed as soon as possible after the contest has been held.
Rejection of tenders
The contracting authority reserves the right to accept any tender, or to reject all the tenders. Tenders with shortcomings can be rejected.
